Yusuf Pathan faces legal setback, declared encroacher by Gujarat High Court

Yusuf Pathan, former Indian cricketer and Trinamool Congress MP, has been declared an encroacher by the Gujarat High Court regarding a residential plot in Vadodara. The court rejected Pathan's petition against a notice from the Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC), ordering him to vacate the government-owned land he occupied since 2012.
