Rohit, Kohli disappear from latest ICC ODI Rankings. What happened?

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have curiously dropped out of the latest ICC ODI rankings, as Shubman Gill now leads among Indian batters. According to ICC rules, players are removed from rankings if they haven't played within a qualifying period, which is 9-12 months for ODIs.
